A Park Model is a more permanent style of RV built on a chassis and mounted on wheels for easy transportation. Wheels are hidden by skirting. Park Model Homes are usually placed for long term use or permanently placed in a location where an RV or mobile home would be allowed, usually campgrounds, trailer parks, and mobile home parks.

Park Models are less than 400 square feet and connect to the same utilities as an RV or mobile home. Once set up, a Park Model provides a semi-permanent home for your adventures!
